You call them stenchpipes, we call them stinkpipes, let's not call the whole thing off; who cares what we call them as long as we celebrate this wonderful old Victorian relic. Is there one on your street?

Flickr stinkpipe group
time was a few years ago when I used the word "stinkpipe" i would usually find myself corrected with "stenchpipe". Seems now that everyone has embraced "stinkpipe" - and so we should!
